By accessing this e-commerce facility and by continuing to use the service, the user acknowledges that he/she has read this agreement, understands it and has agreed to adhere to all the terms and conditions contained therein, any terms and conditions of this website, as well as any other applicable terms and conditions of the Seipel Group Pty Ltd (hereafter referred to as SG) as may be amended from time to time. The SG, at its sole discretion, may change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

The use of an account

The purpose of an account on this e-commerce facility is to engage in online transactions through a third-party payment gateway. The SG sells services to adults, who purchase these with a credit card. Users under 18 years of age may use the SG’s e-commerce facility only under supervision of a parent or guardian. The SG reserves the right to, at any time, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at its sole discretion (subject to the provisions of Australian Consumer Law (‘ACL’) (Cth) requires the supplier of goods or services to utilise a payment system that is sufficiently secure in terms of accepted technological standards at the time of the transaction and the type of transaction concerned.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (provided you have provided us with a valid email address). We will despatch your purchase/s from our office, via our preferred carrier using Regular Post within 48 hours. Depending on your location within Australia, the delivery time will vary between 3 and 8 working days. In outlying, flood-affected areas or during heat waves, the delivery may take a little longer.

Product is normally delivered from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. Most orders will be delivered to your door and will be left at a safe place if no one is at home, unless addressed to a PO Box; however, in rural or remote areas the delivery may be left at the nearest Australia Post office. All Australia delivery are trackable. Overseas orders will be  sent via economic airmail with Australia Post and there is no tracking once the product left Australia. Payment options and pricing

Transactions will be processed in Australian Dollar (AUD). Payments in other currencies will be processed using the foreign exchange spot rate of the day. The following forms of payment may be used:

Credit card

We make provision for credit card payments through MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Diners Club credit cards. Please note that your credit card institution may charge a transaction fee. If you do not have one of the abovementioned credit cards, you may use the electronic fund transfer (EFT) payment option when so indicated.

Direct deposit

You may pay by way of a direct deposit at the bank. The unique order number received on screen or in a confirmation email should be used as reference for the bank deposit and should be written on the reference line on the deposit slip. The accuracy of the reference number is critical to the speedy and correct processing of your payment.

Responsibility for protection against malware

The SG does not warrant virus-free usage of its website and does not accept responsibility for security breaches occurring on the electronic device that the user uses to browse this website, since such breaches may be due to inadequate malware protection.

Refund policy

A written request for refund must be emailed to [email protected] stating the refund. SG will reply to the email within 14 days and all agreed refunds will be processed within 180 days.

Security of information

All credit card transactions will be undertaken with best practice security. This will be supported by the security measures associated with the API facility provided by the ANZ Bank to support the Seipel Health site security measures. When purchasing from Seipel Group your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.

The transmission of data over the Internet is never completely secure. Although the SG cannot guarantee the security of transmitted information, the SG undertakes to take all reasonable precautions to ensure that personal information and / or credit card details are protected and not misused. The SG utilises secure third-party payment gateways. Payment gateway service providers transmit credit card payment transactions to clients’ issuing banks (banks that issued clients’ credit cards). All credit card transactions initiated from any of the SG’s online credit card payment functionalities are encrypted and 3D secured.
